Question: In relation to the AOC CU32V3, I plugged this into my laptop, and it is only displaying 30 hrtz. using hdmi. anyone have the same issue?
Answer: I was having the same issue. Turns out, the HDMI port on my monitor isn’t capable of outputting a 60Hz signal. I found that switching to the HDMI1 port solved the problem. I spent 30 minutes plugging and unplugging, but they should have labeled it better in the first place.

Answer: I just got my new toy, and it’s not adjustable! It’s also not very good quality – I think I can use it, but if it was an inch higher, it would be going back! And I wish it were a tighter curve, but I couldn’t find any with a less than a 1500mm radius. Not acceptable.

Answer: I have successfully attached my monitor to my Ergotron LX desk mount using a standard 100 x 100 vesa mount. There were no issues whatsoever.

Answer: There is a plastic cover under the arm that you must remove by prying it up from the bottom. Four screws must be removed before the cover can be removed. Afterwards, the arm can be replaced with a new one. Use something thin and plastic to remove the cover.

Answer: The ad says that the 42″ TV is viewable at 31.5″ and 32″. However, the 31.5″ TV is actually the one that is viewable.

Answer: I tested the game on my Xbox One and found that it ran at 60 frames per second on my 1080p television, but on my 2k television it only ran at 30 frames per second. This was very bad because 60 frames per second is the maximum that the Xbox One can render. However, on my 720p television, the game ran at 60 frames per second.

Answer: This is the V3S with the IPS panel. It offers better viewing angles and color accuracy than the TN panel version.

Answer: I did not buy a monitor that curves. Mine is flat. The monitor snapped into the stand. There are no screws or screw holes. Sorry I could not tell you more.

Answer: I have the same setup as you, the display is super sharp. Absolutely no issue.

Answer: This monitor has two HDMI ports so you can plug in a BluRay player for picture. It doesn’t have any speakers, so you’ll need to use external speakers to get sound.

Answer: I have no idea. My computer’s monitor never goes black. I’m using the Linux operating system, so I can’t speak to the quality of the driver on Windows or the Mac.

Answer: Please check the video connectivity of your particular Mac Mini but it should have an HDMI output which you can connect directly to the monitor and it should work. HDMI carries audio but the U2790VQ doesn’t have built in speakers.

Answer: Thanks for posting a question. Please go to Display Settings. Right click on the Desktop and select Display Settings > Advanced Display Settings > Display adapter properties > Adapter > List All Modes. Do you see an option for 3840 x 2160, 60Hz here?
